David Hart has recently been elected as an RICS Panel Expert Advisor to the NHS Dispute Litigation Authority which has been set up to deal with disputes concerning the rental valuation of the Current Market Rent of Doctors Surgeries. David is one of 17 Medical Property specialist valuers across the UK to have been invited to join the newly formed panel.
